My favorite wine shop, Dallas Fine Wines, turned me on to their new favorite Pinot Noir from J Vineyards. It's the 07 Russian River Valley offering. It is an excellent wine, but a bit pricey for me. It sells for $30 ($35 on winery website); I believe the Hahn Estates 06 previously covered in this blog at $20 is more in line with my price range. Both of these Pinots are similar in style and equally good to my palate.
