I'm happy to tell you about this new to me brewery. I had a draft of their Melange a Trois at the Lakewood Whole Foods Market recently and immediately bought a 64 oz. growler. It is aged in Chardonnay barrels. They also carry the bomber shown below.

I am trying to find two other beers in Dallas, Apricot au Poivre Saison also aged in Chardonnay barrels and Blanc is the New White Saison aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels. Their website gives all the details. This brewery is a must for craft beer lovers.
